Destination Wedding at La Residencia - A Belmond Hotel, Mallorca

Emma and Paul came from Dubai for their wedding at La Residencia in Deià. Their friends and family joined them there, with the Tramuntana mountains around the hotel for most of the day.

There were quite a few tears during the wedding, especially around the ceremony and speeches. It was one of those days where we didn’t have to look very far to find something happening between Emma, Paul and the people around them.

The next day was completely different. Everyone met again at a private villa at Hotel Son Bunyola for a pool party. The theme was “Africa”, with African dancers performing during the afternoon and Paco Colombas playing later on. By that point, shoes were off, people were in the pool and the second day had very little in common with the first.

We photographed and filmed both days. Going from the wedding at La Residencia to a pool party at Son Bunyola gave us two very different sides of the same weekend, which made this one particularly fun to work on.
