Luxury Wedding at Jardines de Alfabia, Mallorca

Kate and Jesús came from New York to get married in Mallorca, bringing their families and friends together for the celebration. With Cuban and Mexican roots on both sides, there was a lot of personality throughout the day, and even more once the party started.

The wedding was at Jardines de Alfabia. Kate and Jesús said their vows outside in the gardens, surrounded by their guests. Afterwards, everyone moved through the grounds for drinks before dinner. Alfabia has so many different corners that we could keep moving around without taking Kate and Jesús away from their guests for too long.

Later that evening, things got loud pretty quickly. The dance floor filled up almost immediately and stayed that way for the rest of the night. There was Latin music, a lot of dancing and very little interest in leaving the dance floor once the party had started.

We photographed and filmed the full day, from the preparations through to the party. Kate and Jesús gave us plenty to work with, but so did their families and friends. There always seemed to be something happening somewhere, which made this one especially fun for us to photograph and film.

Jardines de Alfabia is a beautiful place to work, but this wedding definitely belonged to the people who filled it.
