Luxury Destination Wedding at Son Marroig, Mallorca

Veronica and Chad came over from Texas for their wedding at Son Marroig in Mallorca. Quite a few people made the trip with them, and they all met at Son Marroig on the wedding day. They said their vows outside, with nothing between them and the Mediterranean except the edge of the property.

Later that afternoon we kept looking at the sky because the conditions were unusually good. By the time we went out with Veronica and Chad, the sun was already getting low over the water. We took them out for a few portraits and also had the drone up for part of it. Some of our favourite footage from the wedding actually came from those few minutes.

Once the ceremony was done, there was an aperitif outside and everyone eventually sat down for dinner. The party came later.

Our cameras were running from the preparations through to the first part of the party. We’ve worked at Son Marroig many times, but conditions are never exactly the same. That evening everything came together particularly well, especially once the sun started dropping over the coast.
